Job Search XML
How it Works - If you want to include our jobs into your search results or website we can do this by creating an XML file customised for your requirements.

Benefits - Check4Jobs are always looking for partners that can provide us with quality UK traffic and you can benefit this by earning money ££ for every click you send us.

To get work with Check4Jobs you will first need to contact us directly telling us a little bit about your website and what you plan to do with our job content. If we are happy with what we see we will contact you to finalise a few details before releasing the feed.

If you need any help with getting any of the preparation Check4Jobs may be able to offer assistance so again contact us for more information.

Check4Jobs XML Format

<![CDATA[]]>

We can map most other reasonable XML formats onto our XML format given that the required fields are present. Please inquire to see if we can take your XML feed as is.
3:
Delimited Files
We can provide just about any type of delimited file (comma, tab, other single character, or multi-character) as long as it has a header line and uses either proper escaping or a significantly complicated multicharacter delimiter such that there is no worry of the delimiter showing up in the data.

An example of a multi-character delimiter might be: "#!#" For single character delimiters, proper escaping is essential if the delimiter may appear in the data. For multi-character delimiters, we assume that NO escaping will present.
4:
Character Encoding
All feeds will be in ASCII or Latin1 encoding. Other encodings will not parse properly.

A decent, though not comprehensive, test is to load the XML file in Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Both of these browsers will complain about bad XML or un-readable characters, though they each have their own view of "valid" and neither will catch all problems.
5:
Transport Methods
We can transport the feeds in the following methods:
 • HTTP: post your feed to your website where we can grab it (with or without a password)
 • FTP-1: post your feed to your FTP server, which has an account setup for us
 • FTP-1: post your feed to your FTP server, which has an account setup for us
