Executive Chef (also known as Chef de Cuisine and Head Chef)
This role is the highest attainable career any Chef can hope to aspire to be. The Head Chef is the person who literary runs the kitchen they are cooking in and performs other critical tasks such as menu creation, recruiting, teaching, training, and even payroll in some cases.
Sous Chef
The Sous Chef is the assistant Chef to the Head Chef and is second In command when it comes to running the kitchen. A Sous Chef can expect to perform a fairly similar role as the Head Chef with duties such as scheduling staff rostas and ordering stock.
