Estate Agents

An Estate Agent acts as a representative of a person or a business who wishes to either rent or sell their property. The Estate Agent's job is to advertise the property (or in some cases land) and find suitors that may be interested in buying or renting. The job of an estate agent is very demanding and in some cases you may be required to work 7 days per week.

Estate agents can expect to earn between £12,000 to £20,000 plus commission per annum. In some cases though a good Estate Agent could be expect to command up to £60,000 plus bonuses per year.
